For Golf Players:

  1. How can I sign up for m-LastMinute?
    You can register by:
    ● Creating an account on the m-LastMinute website home page, section for Golf Players;
    ● Asking your Golf Course Operator to register you by having them add your cell phone/mobile number to    the system.

  2. How am I informed of my login and password if a Golf Course Operator registered my cell phone/mobile number?
    You will receive a temporary password to your cell phone/mobile number by SMS. Your cell phone/mobile number is used to log in.

  3. What kind of messages will I receive from m-LastMinute?
    You will automatically be assigned a default profile to receive any notice from the Golf Course with whom you provided your cell/mobile phone number to. If registering yourself you can specify which courses to receive message from. You can change your profile to start/stop receiving messages at any time.

  4. Can I customize my profile?
    Yes, after logging into your account you can state specific requirements in the “My Preferences” form.

  5. How do I show interest in getting messages (i.e. opt-in) from Golf Courses?
    In the “My Courses” page you can add or remove other Golf Courses to your list. You can search for Courses by country, province/state and city.

  6. I cannot find my favorite Golf Course on the m-LastMinute website. What do I do?
    If the search results do not show the Golf Course you are looking for, you can get it added to the system by sending an email to request@m-lastminute.com with the requested Course name.

  7. What is a marketing message?
    A marketing message is any notice from the Golf Course you have opted in with. Messages may include special promotions, free vouchers, free cart rentals and other offers depending on the chosen Golf Course.

  8. How do I get marketing messages?
    When creating an account or customizing your profile, you should tick the box agreeing to get marketing messages. You can stop and start the service at any time.

  9. How do I stop m-LastMinute service?
    You can deactivate your account at any time. For this you need to log into your account and toggle the button “Deactivate”.

  10. How do I start m-LastMinute service again?
    You have to log into your account and toggle the button “Activate”.

  11. I forgot my password. What do I do?
    You have to go to the m-LastMinute home page, select the area “for Golf Players”, press “Retrieve Password” and enter your cell phone/mobile number you use to log in with. A new temporary password will be sent to the provided cell phone/mobile number.

  12. What if I changed my cell phone/mobile number?
    You should deactivate your old account and create a new one.


For Golf Courses:

  1. How can I register my Course?
    You need to create an account via the m-LastMinute website under the section “for Golf Courses”.

  2. How many credits do I need to send one SMS?
    The number of credits used per SMS depends on local network providers. Please check Credit Used per SMS by Country.

  3. How can I purchase SMS credit?
    Golf Course Operator can purchase 100, 250, 500 or 1000 SMS credits with a number of payment methods. After logging in, select the link “Purchase Credit”.

  4. How long is SMS credit valid for?
    The SMS credit is valid for 90 days after it is purchased

  5. How do I add a Player into the system?
    First you need to get a Player’s cell phone/mobile number (with the Player’s consent to receive messages from you). After logging in, you can fill in the “Add Customer” form with a Player’s cell phone/mobile number. If the cell phone/mobile number is valid, a message is shown stating that the player has been added; otherwise an error message will be shown.

  6. How do I send a tee-time notice?
    After logging in you have to fill in all the fields in the “Create tee-time notice” form. After this you will see how many customer profiles match your criteria and for how many messages you have credit available to use against.

  7. How do I send a marketing message?
    After logging in you have to fill in the “Create Marketing Message” form and enter your message, not longer than 160 characters. After this you will see how many customer profiles match and for how many messages you have credit available to use against.

  8. How come there are few Players found to match my offer?
    Firstly, revise your offer as it likely doesn’t match the requirements of Golfers registered in the system.
    Secondly, you might need to enlist more golfers. Although M-LastMinute has its own database of golfers, by subscribing golfers from your own course you will increase your chances

  9. I forgot my password. What do I do?
    You have to go to the m-LastMinute home page, select the area “for Golf Courses”, press “Retrieve Password” and enter the email address which you use to log in with. A new temporary password will be sent to the provided email address.

  10. Is it possible to make changes in my profile?
    Yes, in “Account Admin” section, you can update your profile.

  11. Can I change my keyword?
    Unfortunately you cannot. The keyword which you chose when creating your account cannot be changed.
